Making Swiss watches accessible
We opened our store on the Limmatquai because we share a simple conviction: a genuine Swiss watch should not be reserved for luxury budgets alone.
Our outlet model lets us offer certified Swiss Made timepieces at prices that reflect actual value rather than an inflated shop price. Same brands, same warranty – just without the surcharge for the most expensive location in town.

Are your watches really Swiss Made?
Yes. Every watch in our range meets the legal criteria of the Swiss Made label and comes from authorised sources. Each watch includes the official certificate.
Why are your prices lower than in other shops?
Because our business model is different. We do not pay prime rent in the most expensive location and we do not invest in elaborate brand staging. We pass that cost advantage straight on to our customers.
Do I get a warranty on an outlet watch?
Yes, the full manufacturer warranty – two to three years depending on the brand. You receive the warranty certificate together with the watch.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:30. The store is closed on Sundays.
Can I reserve a watch by phone?
Yes. Call us on 044 262 31 11. We will check whether the model you want is in stock and put it aside for you.
Can I claim the VAT back as an overseas visitor?
If you are resident outside Switzerland and export the goods, yes. We issue the necessary forms and explain the process.
Where exactly is your store?
At Limmatquai 104 in 8001 Zurich, about five minutes on foot from the main station and right by the old town.
Can I drop in without an appointment?
Of course. Just come by during opening hours, no appointment needed.
